  • We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days. For urgent matters, we recommend calling your nearest location directly.
  • We don’t currently accept phone orders, but you can browse and order online for in-store pickup or same-day delivery through our website.
  • Yes — we work with select Colorado brands and growers. Please use the contact form above and select ‘Wholesale/Partnership’ as your subject. Our partnerships team will follow up.
  • For order status, check your email for a confirmation with tracking details. You can also call the location where you placed your order for real-time updates.
  • We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us through the form or call your purchase location directly. We’ll work with you to resolve it — bring your receipt if visiting in-store.
  • Yes — LivWell Rewards lets you earn points on every purchase. Sign up in-store or through our website. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future visits.
